SAN FRANCISCO — Thousands of reports of a Microsoft outage flooded DownDetector Thursday afternoon and the company has said it is investigating.

"We’re investigating reports of issues accessing Microsoft 365 services. More details can be found in the Microsoft 365 admin center Service Health Dashboard under MO1169016," the company wrote in a social media post.

The Microsoft status website says they're reviewing internal patterns to "determine a source of impact for reported issues."

Reports said Microsoft 365 itself was down, including email service Outlook, communication service Teams and the Microsoft Store itself.

No other updates are available at this time.
