The Bombay High Court Thursday told the firm controlled by former Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh and Enforcement Directorate (ED) to “work out” the amount to be deposited by the company seeking release of land parcels in Navi Mumbai attached by the agency in 2021.
This came after the ED said that the firm should pay a deposit as per present value of the property to get it released and not its 2021 market value of nearly Rs. 2.67 crore.
