ROSE CREEK, Minn. — Residents of Rose Creek will see an increase in their water and sewer rates starting October 1, 2025. The City Council passed a resolution on June 2, 2025, to amend the rates.
The base rate for water and sewer services will rise from $27.50 to $34.50 for the first 1,000 gallons used. Additionally, the cost for each 1,000 gallons beyond the initial 1,000 will increase from $3.75 to $4.50.
