An updated frost advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 2:08 p.m. valid for Friday between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. for Ocean and Burlington counties.

The weather service adds to be ready for, "For the Frost Advisory Pine Barrens of South Jersey, temperatures as low as 35 degrees will result in frost formation. For the High Wind Watch, northeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible."

"Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered," describes the weather service. "Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates.
