“ MasterChef ” has scored a double renewal at Fox , taking the cooking competition series through its 16th and 17th seasons.

Gordon Ramsey will return as host and judge, with judges Joe Bastianich and Tiffany Derry returning as well. The series sees a group of home cooks compete for the chance to win a $250,000 prize. Season 15, which ran from May through September, was the top cooking show of the summer among adults age 18-49 and averaged 3.5 million viewers across platforms.
