GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - On this installment of Florida Man Adventures, we are here in Gainesville at Hoggtowne Music where they have everything from bongos to banjos, let’s check it out.

Chances are if you’ve seen a live band in north central Florida, Hoggtowne Music had something to do with it. For almost two decades they have taught music, serviced instruments, and sold the latest and greatest gear.

“We have been in business for 19 years, 20 in April we are real happy to be here. Gainesville is just this wonderful music community, with the school bands, we have UF obviously with a wonderful music program there. The marching band as well as their concert programs. And just this thriving music scene with all the bars and all that stuff. And everybody needs something,” said Ben Kimutis
