Defense Secretary Peter Hegseth, who slammed “fat” armed forces service members, is getting roasted for undergoing a vain beauty treatment.

The Daily Mail reported that Hegseth, a former “Fox and Friends” host, last month underwent a round of Botox injections in order in order to fight wrinkles.

An insider told the Daily Mail of Hegseth: “It’s all an ego play for Pete. He’s always been full of himself but lately his ego is off the charts.”

The source continued: “He’s obsessed with his body and now he wants to create the entire military in his image.”

Hegseth had reportedly already installed a makeup studio complete with lights and a director’s chair at the Pentagon.
