(CNN)– Meanwhile, it will be more expensive to see Mickey Mouse. New prices for U.S. Disney theme parks hit Wednesday, October 8.

The prices vary depending on what park and the time of year. The most expensive, single-day, single-park ticket falls during the Christmas or new year’s holiday weeks.

In Florida, it’s a 5% hike to $209 plus tax to visit the Magic Kingdom. For Disneyland Resort in California, that peak ticket price goes up to $224.

Its lowest priced single-day ticket is $119 plus tax, and Animal Kingdom Park will stay the same price. And there are some discount opportunities.

Disney World is offering new discounts of up to $250 off each night for a minimum 4 night, room, and ticket package.
