Glocester Police say goat that was on the run had to be euthanized after capture

GLOCESTER, R.I. (WLNE) — The Glocester Police Department said that the goat that was on the loose in town for nearly a month had to be humanely euthanized after it was captured.

The department said the goat suffered “significant injuries, along with the effects of prolonged exposure to wildlife and the elements.”

The goat was then euthanized.
