(WHTM) -- Perhaps the top race in the election is not a race but rather a retention election for three Democratic Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justices.

It's a simple yes or no vote. Yes means they get retrained for an additional 10-year term.

On Thursday, the League of Women Voters warned there is a misinformation campaign and, the league said, it's funded by a billionaire.

Mailers blame the justices for gerrymandered congressional maps when those justices actually threw out the gerrymandered map and ordered it redrawn. The league said the distortion goes way beyond politics as usual.

"It's what Elon Musk tried to do in Wisconsin, was to try and throw money to try and ordain an outcome in Wisconsin," said Susan Gobreski
