The Society of Innovators at Purdue Northwest will soon induct its 2025 class, which includes Earthwise, WJOB and other Region companies.

The nonprofit that seeks to advance innovation in the Calumet Region will give out its 2025 Innovators Awards at 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 29 at Avalon Manor Banquet Center at 3550 E. Lincoln Highway in Hobart.

Retired Ivy Tech professor John Davies founded the society and its awards to foster a culture of forward-thinking innovation in Northwest Indiana.

“For 20 years, the Innovators Awards have celebrated the people and ideas that shape Northwest Indiana’s future,” said society CEO Jason Williams. “This year’s honorees carry that legacy forward, proving that innovation is not a moment but a movement that continues to grow stronger across our region.”
