SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KCAU) — More and more resources to help people struggling with mental health issues continue to get funding as a way to help so many who are in need.

And for those who run Heartland Counseling Services, Thursday was a milestone. With an open house and ribbon-cutting, Heartland celebrated 15 years of the life center in South Sioux City, Nebraska.
