Kantara Chapter 1 Box Office Collection Day 8: Rishab Shetty has brought with him a blockbuster franchise. After a lifetime collection of more than Rs 400 crore for Kantara (2022), the prequel, Kantara A Legend: Chapter 1, has grossed that amount worldwide in less than a week.

After a stellar Rs 61.85 crore opening day, Kantara Chapter 1 did not look back. Collecting Rs 100 crore in two days alone, this Rishab Shetty film broke several records. It became the second-biggest name in the Kannada film industry . Kantara Chapter 1 also crossed the Rs 200 crore mark on its first weekend but broke all trends on the weekdays.
