FRISCO, Texas — A 45-year-old Celina man is accused of fatally shooting another driver Thursday night in the parking lot of Frisco High School after what police describe as a road rage incident, according to an arrest affidavit.

Frisco PD emphasized that the incident did not involve any students and that there is no ongoing threat to the public.

"The incident did not involve students, and the police were quick to respond," Frisco ISD said in a statement.

The affidavit states that on Oct. 9, Frisco police officers responded to the school at 6401 Parkwood Boulevard after a 911 caller, identified as Jason Austin Bartick, reported being involved in a road rage incident with another driver along the highway.
