MONTOMGERY — After finishing second at the District 4 team event last week, Mifflinburg's boys golf team put itself in position for a big weekend at the District 4 Golf Championships.

Three of the top four finishers on the opening day of the Class 2A boys' race are Wildcats, with Cub Dietrich and former District 4 champion Kamdon Eicher leading the way after 18 holes at the White Deer Vintage Course Thursday.
