PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The School District of Philadelphia has suspended Lincoln High School's football team for the remainder of the season following a brawl involving both players and parents.

The fight broke out Saturday during a game against Northeast High School in the city's Rhawnhurst neighborhood.

District officials say the team has been issued a three-game suspension for unsportsmanlike conduct - effectively ending their season, including any playoff participation.

The incident is under investigation by the school district.
