Mumbai, Oct 10: The much-anticipated Mumbai One ticketing app, covering 11 public transport operators across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), went live on Thursday, with over 35,000 users downloading it on Android and iOS platforms, according to Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Limited (MMMOCL), which developed the app.
By Thursday evening, more than 30,000 users had registered, though the launch was affected by several initial issues. While the app was scheduled to go live at 5:30 a.m., many users reported it was not visible on Google Play Store until 8:30 a.m. Several commuters turned to social media to share the problem, with Soumya Mohapatra posting a link on X to help others access the app.
