Vishvaraj Environment Limited has raised ₹2,250 crore from an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of ₹1,250 crore and offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholder of upto ₹1,000 crore.

AZB & Partners advised Vishvaraj on this IPO, according to the DRHP.

Khaitan & Co advised the Book Running Lead Managers i.e., JM Financial Limited, Axis Capital Limited and DAM Capital Advisors, on this IPO.
