Amid buzz over alleged US missile sales to Pakistan, the American Embassy in India on Friday stepped in to set the record straight, calling the reports “false” and clarifying that no new missiles or upgrades are being supplied to Islamabad. “The sustainment does not include an upgrade to any of Pakistan's current capabilities,” the statement said, adding that reports got misinterpreted the Department of War’s (DoW) recent notification.
