Federal Way police arrested a 16-year-old boy Wednesday in connection with the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Nena Edmonds outside of her apartment complex in February.
Investigators also identified a second suspect in the Feb. 13 shooting, a 19-year-old man who had a relationship with Edmonds sometime before she was killed, the Federal Way Police Department said in a social media post Thursday. The man already is in custody on unrelated charges, but the agency’s post did not provide additional details.
No one has been charged, and Federal Way police did not release the names of the suspects.
