Denmark boss Brian Riemer has aimed a thinly veiled dig at Manchester United over Rasmus Hojlund's form for Napoli.

The 22-year-old striker joined the Serie A giants on a season-long loan this summer after being deemed surplus to requirements by Reds head coach Ruben Amorim. Despite initially wanting to stay at Old Trafford and fight for his place, even with the arrivals of Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesko, it seems his decision to leave has been vindicated.
