MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. - Local community leaders and Honorary Commanders from the River Region experienced a day in the life of Airmen at Maxwell Air Force Base, gaining a new appreciation for the base's vital role in national defense.
The event, part of the base's Honorary Commander Program, provided an inside look at the Air Force mission, fostered understanding and strengthened vital relations
