A legal notice has been issued to the makers of Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam’s upcoming film ‘Haq.’ The notice seeks an immediate halt to the film, alleging unauthorised depiction of Shah Bano’s personal life without the consent of her legal heir. It also cites defamation and violation of personality and publicity rights. The notice, sent by Shah Bano’s daughter Siddiqua Begum, instructs the makers to respond within seven days of receiving it.
