Plans for three in Crowland have been given the green light after a series of amendments were made. Mr M Blackbird applied to for the three homes with garages to be built on land at Blackbird Close in the town.
The proposal was originally approved by members of the district council’s planning committee on September 10, but the application was resubmitted following concerns about a lack of parking and access points to the properties. The application was initially put to the district council in April but was deferred following concerns about parking, flooding and the cramped nature of the original design.
