David Bergin

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, David Joseph Bergin, on Sept. 24 in Apple Valley, California. David was born to Joseph P. Bergin and Teresa Walker Bergin on April 21, 1955, at the hospital in the Sun Valley Lodge.

He thoroughly enjoyed a “free range” childhood in Bellevue. He and his friends were always looking for new adventures including a plan (foiled by a watchful neighbor) to raft down the Big Wood River on a self-made raft when they were 8 or 9 years old. He then moved on to sports, playing on Little League Baseball and then coaching Bellevue’s first 7-8 year old baseball team.
