A witness captured the moment two men were scooped up by ICE agents from North Riverside, a suburb of Chicago, on Oct. 7. The woman who filmed the incident says the men were parked outside of a home they were working at in the neighborhood, when two unmarked vehicles arrived. The agents removed the men from their car, as the men yelled "ayuda," which is "help" in Spanish, before driving them away.
