After a resounding ALDS win over the New York Yankees and massive and still growing TV ratings in Canada, the Blue Jays have shown they are ready for prime time.

And that’s exactly where they will land for Sunday’s opener of the ALCS against either the Detroit Tigers or Seattle Mariners.

MLB has announced the start times for the first two games of both the ALCS and NLCS, and the Jays will open at home with an 8:03 p.m. first pitch on Sunday.

Game 2 on Monday, which falls on Canadian Thanksgiving, will have an earlier start with the precise time still to be determined pending who squares off in the NLCS, which plays its game that day.

According to MLB, if the Milwaukee Brewers defeat the Chicago Cubs — a series that is going to a Game 5 on Saturday — the first pitch will be set at 5:03
