Chris McCausland has revealed he felt as though he had been "ripped open" by his Strictly Come Dancing journey.
The comedian , 48, took part in the BBC ballroom competition last year, making headlines as the programme's first blind participant. He ultimately triumphed alongside professional partner Dianne Buswell , with the duo claiming the glitterball trophy.
The Liverpool-born star has now shared how he had previously been "quite closed off" but discovered the importance of embracing "the vulnerability" through his Strictly experience, reports the Liverpool Echo .
