Navy sailors, U.S. Marines race up Philadelphia Art Museum steps as part of Homecoming 250 events

Competition between two branches of the military founded in Philadelphia is alive and well as a group of sailors and Marines raced up the "Rocky Steps" at the Philadelphia Art Museum. Brandon Goldner reports.
