CAMS Stock Split News : The Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS) on Friday announced its first-ever stock split. The company also shared an update regrading the record date of the corporate action. "Considered and approved the sub-division of the existing 1 (One) equity share of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each fully paid- up, into 5 (Five) equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each, fully paidup, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company by way of Postal Ballot," the company said in its exchange filing.
