Two people are facing charges after a violent domestic in Belleville’s east end. City police were called just before 8:00 p.m. Thursday. Upon speaking to those involved and witnesses, it was reported a man grabbed a woman by the throat, while the woman threw a glass bottle at the man’s head. A 26-year old woman has been charged with assault with a weapon, while the 30-year old man is facing breach of probation and assault causing bodily harm charges. Both Belleville residents were released with a court date.
