MCGREGOR, Minn. — A missing dog was reunited with his owner after a plane crash Sunday in McGregor that injured three people.

The crash occurred about a half-mile from McGregor Airport and investigators believe that the plane lost power after takeoff and went down. Three people were injured but remain in stable condition.

A Yorkie named Mako was also on board the plane, and he went missing after the crash. A volunteer group called " The Retrievers " helped search for the dog and circulated flyers.

A McGregor neighbor spotted the dog and called in a tip, leading to the reunion of Mako and his owner on Thursday.
