While the concept offers the world a first look at the company’s vision for an affordable and compact future electric vehicle, many in India have wondered whether this platform previews the next-gen Wagon-R EV.

With the launch of the e Vitara in India expected by the end of 2025, industry analysts hint at Maruti Suzuki considering launching more affordable electric vehicles to slowly and steadily capture the EV market.
