Three years after a South Florida father allegedly kidnapped his young son with autism and took him nearly 2,000 miles to Canada, he has pleaded guilty to the abduction.
Jorge Morales, 48, was in court Friday to accept a plea deal from prosecutors.
Under the deal, in exchange for pleading guilty, Morales was given a 7-year prison sentence, with credit for time served. After his release, he'll serve 10 years of probation, and must stay away from his kids and their mother. NBC6
