SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - A fire spotted around North Cliff and 31st street on Thursday afternoon has been contained.

Sioux Falls Fire Rescue announced that 10 units, one support vehicle and three supervisors responded to the fire, and units remained on scene overnight to watch for any hot spots.

Barney’s Used Cars & Parts released a statement on Facebook last night, saying they’re ‘grateful to be going home safe tonight.’

In an earlier post, Barney’s Used Cars & Parts said the arson team is working through an active investigation to look for the cause of the fire.

Sioux Falls Fire Rescue also reminded the public to be mindful of dry conditions and look for red flag warnings.
