SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The Hampden District Attorney's Office is investing nearly $92,000 in community programs across Hampden County to support youth protection and promote safer communities.

The funding, sourced from money forfeited during certain arrests, will be distributed among 17 local non-profits. These organizations include Big Brothers Big Sisters of Western Massachusetts, Black Men of Greater Springfield, and the Ludlow Community Center, among others.
