Judge observes that accused seemed to have been acting in self-defence during clash that left three dead

The Dindoshi sessions court in Mumbai has granted bail to 34-year-old driver Amar Gupta, who was arrested in connection with a triple murder case registered at MHB Colony police station in May.

The case pertains to a violent street brawl in Dahisar West’s Ganpat Patil Nagar, in which two members of Gupta’s family and a person from the side they were feuding with were killed, as reported by mid-day in its May 19 edition. Read More
