Meghan Markle is pulling back the curtain on her and Prince Harry 's parenting.

The Duchess of Sussex spoke about the couple's approach to social media with regard to their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet , while accepting the Humanitarians of the Year award at Project Healthy Minds' 2025 World Mental Health Day Gala Oct. 9.
