Chuck Lorre will pay tribute to his longtime agent and business mentor Bob Broder in the vanity card for the Season 2 premiere of his CBS sitcom “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage.”

Broder, who died last month at age 85, spent the past dozen years as the business leader of Chuck Lorre Productions, which has long been based at Warner Bros. Television through lucrative deals with the studio. Before that Broder represented Lorre as an agent at Broder Kurland and ICM Partners. Lorre’s roster of wildly successful sitcoms ensured that he needed a sharp and savvy business leader to look after his interests in first-run and syndication licensing deals for “Two and a Half Men,” “The Big Bang Theory,” “Mike & Molly,” “Young Sheldon” and many other shows.
