The new era of Grand View men's wrestling will be led by Grant Henderson following the departure of longtime head coach Nick Mitchell.

The Oct. 10 announcement came one day after the school announced Mitchell would be stepping away to take a job outside of college athletics. Mitchell produced 13 NAIA team championships, 45 NAIA individual champions and 157 NAIA All-Americans. Mitchell held a 205-12 dual record with the Vikings, in addition to the nation's longest-ever dual win streak (162) from 2011-22.
