PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Funeral services have been announced for the pedestrian hit by a school bus in Providence last Thursday.

Friends and family will remember Lucas Garcia Saturday.

Services will be from 5-9 tomorrow night in Pawtucket.

According to police, Garcia was in the crosswalk when he was hit by a school bus .

The Providence Streets Coalition says it’s the second time in three years someone has been hit and killed at the intersection of Union Avenue and the Route-10-north on-ramp.

The bus driver was cited, but does not face any criminal charges.
