A Parker man and Butler woman are accused of burglarizing two Butler homes Thursday, Oct. 9.

Jonathan Michael Tacey, 28, of Parker, and Savannah Kaye Rogers, 19, of Butler, were each charged with two felony burglary counts and one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following the incident. Tacey was additionally charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest.

Police said they received a call Oct. 9 from a homeowner on East Walnut Street who suspected her home was being broken into. Police said the woman wasn’t home but saw Rogers attempting to enter the home then received an alert on her phone signaling there was motion inside the home.
