New Orleans Saints safety Justin Reid has been named the NFLPA’s Community MVP for Week 6. Reid was chosen for his commitment to closing the digital divide for youth in underrepresented areas through his JReid Indeed Foundation which supports disadvantaged youth through interactive programs, community engagement and technology access. Reid recently hosted the first of his foundation’s Fully Charged tech workshops at the New Orleans Public Library, continuing his work to close the digital divide for kids in underrepresented areas.

This is the second time that Reid has been recognized for his community involvement off the field by the NFLPA. In 2021, he earned Week 1 NFLPA Community MVP honors for his support of those impacted by Hurricane Ida in Louisiana.
