Clay, N.Y. - A Salina man who deputies say filmed women and teen girls in parking lots while masturbating in his car admitted he did it dozens of times at various area stores, according to court documents.

Eric N. Higley, 30, of Salina, was arrested last Friday in connection with three incidents between March and September where deputies say he committed the sex act in his car in a T.J. Maxx parking lot at 3841 Rt. 31 in Clay.
