Three high-profile Central Business District properties will be listed for sale following a recent court ruling involving contemporary music singer Amy Grant.

One of the downtown properties offers a five-story mid-20th century-constructed brick building last home to the Central Church of Christ and with an address of 145 Rep. John Lewis Way N.

The other two parcels — one located at 143 Rep. John Lewis Way N. and the other with an address of 138 Rep. John Lewis Way N. — offer surface parking lots.
