PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The School District of Philadelphia is celebrating several major wins that show it is rebounding from the pandemic.

Preliminary data shows both student and teacher attendance have increased, as well as graduation rates, and test scores for students in grades 3 through 8 - especially in math.

The number of student dropouts have also decreased.
