LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A plaza in downtown Little Rock will soon undergo another phase of renovations.

The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau announced the second phase in the revitalization of B. Finley Vinson Plaza will begin Monday, Oct. 13. Construction is expected to be done by spring 2026.

The plaza is located next to the Robinson Center.

During the next construction phase, expanded green areas, lighting, seating, and a space for live performances and special events will be installed.

The plaza already has a bandstand, LED lighting, fountain and a canopy, which was installed during the first phase of construction.
