A 30-year-old man from Brampton, Ont. was arrested on Thursday.
Police alleged the man attended schools in the City of Cornwall and engaged in threatening behaviour, leading to fears for student safety among staff at the institutions. Cornwall Police Service responded to a complaint at a Cornwall school on Oct. 9, where the man was taken into police custody.
