The Brantford Blessing Centre has launched a fundraising campaign to help purchase the building it has called home for the past 17 years.
The Brantford Blessing Centre has launched a fundraising campaign to help purchase the building it has called home for the past 17 years.
The centre needs to raise $1.2 million to purchase the Burnley Avenue property and has come up with a unique way to involve the entire community in the campaign.

“We’re looking for 1,000 people who can each inspire 12 friends to give $100 each to get us our permanent home,” Terry Howard, chair of the centre’s volunteer board of directors, said. “If we can do that, we can build a house where no one in our community goes hungry.”
