Event adds art and wine festival, more matches for 14th year

The Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships return to WestWorld next month with an expanded four-day format featuring additional matches, a fashion show and a new art and wine festival.

Now in its 14th year, the event will host teams from across the U.S. and abroad, including the Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club and the Wales National Polo Team, both founded by King Charles III. Wales team captain Ricky Cooper, who will perform again this year, has called the tournament “America’s most attended polo event.”

Weekend schedule grows

Preliminary events begin Thursday with an opening night at Gerbert Contemporary Art Gallery in Old Town Scottsdale, followed by a Friday VIP reception at Neiman Marcus introducing the weekend’s polo
